One-on-one coaching for professionals facing change, challenges, or unclear next steps

If you're a professional facing change, uncertainty, or a transition, coaching can help you slow down, think clearly, and move forward with more confidence. This isn't advice, and it isn't training. It's a reflective, practical space where you do the thinking out loud with someone whose whole job is to help you think clearly — to clarify what matters, weigh your options, and decide what comes next.I'm a Certified Organizational Coach (UBC), and my practice is aligned with International Coaching Federation standards. I've coached everyone from executive leadership teams to early- and mid-career professionals to people finding their way back into the workforce. My approach is non-directive. I won't tell you what to do or hand you my plan — I'll ask the questions that help you build your own.

Working TogetherYou bring the topic, and we explore it together. I ask real questions, listen closely, and reflect back what I'm hearing until things get clear. The insights that stick are the ones you arrive at yourself, in your own words. Then we turn them into action: one clear next step, and the momentum that comes from actually taking it.We work in a six-session arc, usually over about three months:

  • Session 1 is about you: where you're at, what's working, what isn't, and what you want from our time together.

  • In each of sessions 2 to 5, you choose a topic, we dig in, and we land on one action step plus one small piece of homework.

  • Session 6 closes the arc. We look back at where you started, name what's changed, and decide what you'll carry forward.

  • Between sessions, the system keeps things moving. Before each session, I'll email you a short nudge asking what you want to bring. An hour after, you'll get a summary of where we landed and a look ahead to next time.

Scheduling and Pricing

  • Sessions are 45 minutes by Zoom and normally take place every two to three weeks.

  • Six-session engagement: C$1,200

  • Single session: C$225; Three-session package: C$625
